The #westandtogether campaign is a collaboration between the Manchester Evening News, the Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Peace Foundation, Greater Manchester Police and some of the families of those who died in the Arena. It is a campaign for a more peaceful Greater Manchester. We want to give every child the chance to learn about peace and how to solve problems without violence, to fight against hate crime and to celebrate kindness.
#WeStandTogether Goals 1. To make sure every child in Greater Manchester is taught about how to solve life’s problems peacefully and without turning to violence 2. To encourage and celebrate your acts of love and kindness – especially when you are helping someone you don’t know 3. To fight every kind of crime which is driven by hatred. Instead let’s get people from different communities talking – and together let’s stand up to violent extremism and hate crimes
